Wilkin&Sons owns almost 1,000 acres of farmland near the village of Tiptree in Essex, England. The company carefully since 1885 to the quality and taste of its products, produces the world's most famous jams using a strictly traditional method. The collection, in fact, is done entirely by hand, which allows to keep the fruit intact and choose only the best for the production that takes place immediately after, thus giving the jam taste of the homemade.
