Jams and jellies branded Ridolfo - produced by an artisanal company in Friuli - are the result of long years of research, experimentation and an uncommon rigor in applying the rules that inspire the entire production: authenticity, goodness, tradition. So much genuineness and goodness without equal, using 100 gr fruit and averages 35 gr sugar (cane exclusively) to obtain 100 gr of jam. No use of chemical preservatives nor pectin. Just lemon as acidity regulator.
