Who We Are
A typical Italian story. Our story begins in 1953, when Lignano Sabbiadoro was not among the most popular tourist destinations on the Adriatic, and tourism was not a simple "hit and run", but an experience that could last the whole summer. A short walk from a nature beloved by Ernest Hemingway and a beach attended by celebrities such as Alberto Sordi, and by the most famous players of the time: Mario Corso, Sandro Mazzola and so on, the Ridolfo family opened his grocery store: it was an immediate success.

From Pietro and Tranquilla Ridolfo (Tilla) to the children Paolo, Gian Carlo and Maria Antonietta, the love for the endless flavors of enogastromonic Italian tradition has been handed down through generations, meeting another passion: sailing.
