Alpes is an artisan company in Valtellina, the heart of the Central Alps Italian rich in coniferous forests where every summer the crops of wild mushrooms are very abundant. These conditions have helped the company which for over 50 years selects, processes and sells Valtellina Mushrooms dried or preserved in olive oil. The assortment of production has been enriched of other specialty foods typical of the Mediterranean such as artichokes and olives, presented with some varieties of cultivated mushrooms in refined and cared packs ideal for fine gifts. The careful selection of ingredients, all natural, and respect for tradition helps to provide a healthy and genuine product.
